- SPV (Spațiul Privat Virtual): The Romanian tax authority (ANAF) requires all businesses (even freelancers) to use the SPV system for electronic invoicing (e-Factura). The system is notorious for crashing and being incredibly difficult to navigate, effectively forcing you to hire an accountant.
