Absolutely loved my 3 months in Bali, Indonesia. The internet was more reliable than I expected, and the cafe culture is incredible. Highly recommend the central area if you rely on coworking spaces.

Great value for money. Rent has gone up recently compared to last year, but food remains extremely affordable. Traffic can be an issue during rush hour.

Good destination but getting a bit crowded with expats. Safety is generally not a concern, but always be aware of your surroundings at night.
